Stocktake of New Zealand Community Sport and Recreation Research – Main Report
A stocktake of sport and recreation research was conducted. This focussed on research and information material conducted in association with a targeted selection of organisations the sport and recreation sector – selected from National Sports Organisations, Regional Sports Trusts and Territorial Local Authorities.
The purpose of this stocktake was to identify and record what material was available, to summarise its coverage and issues; to identify gaps in research provision; and to provide electronic copies of material for possible entry in to SPARC’s (now Sport NZ) new knowledge library resource.
